The ideal candidate possesses hands-on knowledge of Final Draft, excellent communication skills, a background in technical support, and professional “bed-side manner” while handling multiple difficult issues for customers. As part of Final Draft’s support team, the Technical Support Representative will consult with others in the department, the Lead Technician or the VP of Technical Support to resolve issues and is also expected to work independently to provide accurate and timely results and excellent customer support.
